Doyle Headed to ECU

The Pirates picked up their latest football commitment of the year when Wake Forest (NC) Heritage High product Jack Doyle made his pledge to East Carolina.

The 6-6, 245 pounder projects as an offensive tackle and is East Carolina's third offensive line pledge of the 2016 cycle. The Heritage product picked up an ECU offer last night and decided to commit.

Dave Nichol, ECU's offensive coordinator is the lead recruiter for Doyle along with offensive line coach Brad Davis.

Doyle also plays basketball for Heritage and reportedly dead lifts 485 pounds.

The Heritage senior is East Carolina's 13th pledge of the Pirates' class of 2016.
