The off week has given East Carolina time to regroup and fourth year head coach Ruffin McNeill hopes to do what no other ECU team has done since 1975 and that's win in Kenan Stadium.
To do so, ECU will have to play sound defensively, find ways to score points and limit penalties and missed assignments against an experienced Tar Heel squad looking to get back in the win column after losing in Atlanta to Georgia Tech last week.
McNeill talked after practice about what he plans to do with nose guard Terry Williams suspended indefinitely for a violation of team rules and what his team hopes to do overall this Saturday at 12:30 pm when the Pirates take on the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill on the ACC Television Network.
