Clemson Graduate Transfer Korrin Wiggins Lands at East Carolina
Clemson grad transfer defensive back Korrin Wiggins, brother of former ECU wide receiver Reese Wiggins will transfer to East Carolina.
The 6-0, 200 pound Wiggins is credited with 67 tackles while at Clemson to go along with four interceptions primarily as a nickel back for the Tigers.
He redshirted after suffering a torn ACL in the preseason in 2015.
Wiggins is originally out of Durham Hillside and is the fifth graduate transfer of the year to migrate to Greenville.
He joins Duke quarterback Thomas Kirk, Eastern Michigan punter Austin Barnes, Minnesota defensive end Gaelin Elmore and Clemson running back and teammate Tyson Dye.
The Pirates also landed Auburn transfer Tim Irvin earlier this spring who Wiggins could join in the ECU secondary.
