Last season Elmore had 16 tackles to go along with, four tackles for loss and three fumble recoveries for Minnesota.

Elmore could very well change the dynamics of the ECU defense when combined with several others who return next season.

He was the ranked as the fourth best prospect in Wisconsin coming out of high school and the 22nd best defensive end nationally.

As a member of the class of 2014, Elmore held offers from Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa State, Michigan State, Nebraska, Vanderbilt and Wisconsin.
