The 6-4, 220 pounder out of Glen St. Mary, Florida and Baker County High was a Maxwell Award candidate in 2016. He has suffered three torn achilles tendons in his career.

In 24 career games (12 starts), Sirk completed 261-of-441 (.592) passes for 2,692 yards with 19 TDs and eight INTs while rushing 210 times for 1,041 yards (4.96) and 16 touchdowns.

All told, Sirk has played 999 career snaps at Duke, compiling 300+ yards of total offense in six career games including a personal-high of 401 (315 pass & 86 rush) against N.C. Central in 2015.

He has accounted for multiple touchdowns in ten career contests including a personal-high four touchdowns against both N.C. Central (2015; 3 pass & 1 rush) and Virginia Tech (2015; 4 pass).
