East Carolina has sent out a football scholarship offer to Rivals.com 4-Star ranked safety Trey Dean out of Hampton (Ga) Dutchtown.

Dean currently has no less than 22 current offers that include schools from the ACC, SEC, Big10, Pac12, AAC and ConferenceUSA.
